The Leeds College of Music brief I submitted was featured on Design Week. I feel like getting blog recognition is something that helps your networking profile within the industry. Perhaps not a great marketing tool for getting commissions initially, I think continued blog support can allow a designer to pick up recognition from outside of the industry which can essentially lead to profitable commissions. I will look to send my work and my portfolio off to blogs, and showcases in order to start build a professional presence in this way.
